We will deal with all the issues that are required of the Company Secretary.

We will file your accounts at Companies House, deal with the Annual Return and all the paperwork on appointing Directors, Secretaries, Shareholders, accounting dates, company dissolution etc.

We can also act as Company Secretary, if necessary, at no extra charge. Your company can also use our address as it’s Registered Office.
