We offer a free company formation service for clients, within our normal fixed fee.

The options include a company name of your choosing, formed within 48 hours, or an ‘off the shelf’ company.
The company name will be available to you on the day and the company documents sent within 48 hours.

We recommend choosing your own company name. However, you can choose the ‘off the shelf’ option.

We can also act as your Registered Office and/or Company Secretary at no extra cost.
