We offer a free limited company formation service to clients that engage our services.
We suggest that a client chooses their own company name. We provide a template to outline the structure of the company. i.e. Directors, Company Secretaries and shareholders.
The limited company is formed "on the day" and the documents available as a “pdf” in approximately 3-4 hours. A hard copy of the documents is then sent by post, the following day.
We can also offer assistance in opening a company bank account with our associated bank, Cater Allen Private Bank (part of the Santander Group). This bank offers free company banking. Their website is www.caterallen.co.uk
We would suggest a Reserve account and as agents we can open this account for you. There is no requirement for an opening balance or a minimum balance, to qualify for the free banking.
We would then proceed with the online VAT application, if appropriate.
We will always try and arrange a meeting or where this is not possible a telephone call, to discuss the operation of the company. We see this as a key element as it will give our clients an understanding of how a limited company operates.
